The unit has all amenities, including 1TV with satelite service including five channels in English. The rates included twice-weekly maid service. Daily maid service is available for a $150 per week supplement. A 50% deposit will be required in order to confirm a reservation. In order to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the deposit, notice of cancellation must be received 60 days prior to sheduled arrival.
