Low Season

The unit has all amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, DVD player, a stereo, 2 TVs with satelite service including five channels in English. If you would like to have some food available upon your arrival, just send an email detailing your desires. The rates included twice-weekly maid service. Daily maid service is available for a $150 per week supplement. A 50% deposit will be required in order to confirm a reservation, balance 2 months prior arrival. In order to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the deposit, notice of cancellation must be received 60 days prior to sheduled arrival.
